For many years I’ve used Herbal Essences shampoo. While I hated the ads, I liked the shampoo.

But recently I’ve noticed tell-tale white residue on my clothes.

Oh no. Dandruff. Not nice.

So I’ve switched to anti-dandruff shampoo for a while. It doesn’t smell as nice, but it appears to be working.

is dandruff natures way to tell us that we are falling apart, flake by flake?

I always seem to get it when I am stressed…

stressed you say? I had suspicions it was diet related, but often the two go hand in hand…

Agree. Most of my friends say the same thing. Whenever they are stressed, that’s when they have dandruff. But there was a time, I had dandruff because I used an anti-dandruff shampoo when in fact I don’t have a dandruff. Could be another reason? Maybe.

Good for you. My wife constantly complains about my ‘dusty’ pillow. Dermatitis is not easy to live with!

Don’t use shampoo, its a waste of money.

To rid yourself of the dandruff apply an anti-fungal cream to you scalp, rub in well, leave overnight, repeat at least once.
