Manchester Lane, four years later. She looked about the same. Some bloke on her arm. Both smiling.
Don’t know if she noticed me noticing her as we passed. Didn’t say anything, just kept walking.
Glad she seems happy. Me too.
PS. It was an ex, not the ex.

Excuse me for being personal, but do you mean you saw your ex-wife, the mother of your children, for the first time in 4 years? If so, does this mean you don’t see her when your kids spend time with her?
Or have I misunderstood something?
