Here we go, celebrating the mundane yet again… here is my local post box, a couple of streets away.
And you get a stop sign and a fire hydrant thrown in for no extra cost — how good is that?!

What a fine and uncomplicated post box and a lovely straight stop sign, both set off nicely by the grey wall.

This tableux looks like a Jeffery Smart painting. The only thing missing is the figure of a fat man dressed in a blue suit standing in the far distance, sporting a wax dummy-like expression. Viva la minimale!
